Trans rights were a bit of a struggle there several years back, so that's excellent to hear. But a few of the mods were fucking awesome even back then.
I think the NLDT is somewhat to the left of the sub outside of the discussion thread, or at least that was the case back when i hung out there

Honestly insurance isn’t the reason US health outcomes suck. We simply demand a much more extensive level of healthcare services per person - with a sizeable chunk of the population unable to demand these due to under insurance or general poverty.
