Cooper age limits his time in the Senate but yeah unless we get like 60 seats come 2029 and abolish the filibuster, pack the Court, and pass statehood for DC/PR/USVI/Guam/AS/NMI, we can’t be risking Senate seats

Kicked the tires on FamiStudio, Famitune 2, and Sabre now... and I'm still not sure what's best :(. I guess having so many great choices isn't such a bad thing.
I did solve my main issue of a ppu enable bad start though by adding special logic for a new "is loading" check in the nmi chain.
