It is, in fact, sexist to profile & harass someone based on their preferred pronouns in their bio, and that not everyone who has certain genitalia is out to get you
Some people are just trying to navigate the world same as everyone else, and harassing them on the basis of their gender is wrong, nmw

The state pension is currently tax free & govt has said it will remain so. But pensioners with £18k personal allowance when people working (also paying tax and funding today’s state pension) on NMW would only get £12k tax free is simply unacceptable. It the PA increases it must do so for ALL.

There is a strong argument imo that Labour have acted not only to delay reform to social care, but also to continually make worse the initial conditions for that eventual reform.

A national care service is a really good idea. But if state pensions are to be capped by 2.5% or inflation, it must first be raised to at least the NMW after tax and NI. Otherwise we will always be near the bottom of the international pension league.

Lovely. I became well acquainted with his work during my short time as a junior curator at NMW (as it then was) in Cardiff, having first discovered him during my Art History degree. I didn't have to look far to find that I still have my copy of the catalogue of the 1982 Tate exhibition catalogue.
