Heck yes! I also made a 3D model of Iyako Nobasu... using existing assets from Lori and Ipsy's models. Modelled in Blender, Zbrush, Substance 3D Painter and Photoshop.

Iyako Nobasu, a rokurokubi engineer character for Project Wendigo

In ancient Japan, rapeseed or sardine oil was commonly used to fuel oil lamps before the discovery of petroleum and invention of kerosene. Because oil lamps were needed to see at night, it was often stolen by thieves. People however would often blame yokai for lamp oil shortages, claiming that they would lick the oil out of their lanterns. Iyako is a rokurokubi, one such yokai blamed for that.

Making a model of MinonKingKarl's character Ran made me want to make a rokurokubi character of my own for Project Wendigo. This is Iyako Nobasu, a young engineer who will help Lori and Ipsy tamper with Dr. Nonfikchen's robots, after they help her get her life back together.

Te wo nobasu (手を伸ばす) means to reach out one's hand, to extend one's arm toward something or someone. Te (手) is hand. Wo is the object marker. Nobasu (伸ばす) is to extend, to stretch out.

Speaking of Precure, here's the reason I actually finally took that plunge. It was a very fun first Precure series, though at the end of the day, I feel like it hasn't quite explored its ideas as much as I'd like.

Kimi to Idol Precure OP screenshot - Cure Kyun-Kyun, Cure Idol, and Cure Wink all face towards a heart-shaped cherry tree. The upper subtitles read "nobasu te to te fureru Phrase" while the lower subtitles translated that as "Outstretched hands, reaching that phrase".

Q. Were there any memorable episodes that happened during recording?

Hamin: I have one! During recording, when I sang "te o nobasu hodo", the falsetto for "te" wasn't going well and I spent more than a day on it. Just that part alone.

Eunho: I, Eunho, also have an episode. In "nandome no Good Bye", "nando" and before going into "me"! On "nando-" Yejun and Noah gave advice on how to somehow sound cooler by including this sound.

Hamin: Ooh~ breathing sound!

Eunho: I was able to record it even cooler.

Noah: I have one too. There is "hitotsuzutsu" in my lyrics..."zutsu" was extremely difficult.

Bamby: The pronunciation is difficult isn't it

Noah: I remember that it took a lot of time to continuously sing "zutsu".

Yejun: I have one too! What I want to say is that, the recording for this song took extremely long. If I were to explain the reason, it's because we each caught a cold one by one.

Aah~ that's right!

Bamby: We caught a cold.

Yejun: That's why it was long. Looking back it has become a memory too.

Bamby: If I were to talk about an episode, the recording room was hot, so I recorded again after taking off my clothes, that was interesting.
