On my last day in New York I had some time to kill before heading to the airport. Here are some shots from Industry City in Brooklyn.

I've always liked taking photos of these tire shops when I visit Brooklyn.

A black and white photograph of an urban street corner showing a closed tire shop with graffiti-covered roll-down gates. Numerous tall stacks of black car tires are lined up along the sidewalk directly in front of the shop. A white van is parked on the street adjacent to the tires, and a graffitied utility box sits in the foreground on the left. Bare trees and city buildings are visible down the street in the background.

It has been a long time since I had the chance to walk through Central Park. This is from a trip I took to New York in March.

A wide-angle, black-and-white panoramic photograph of a park landscape, likely Central Park, during late autumn or winter. In the foreground, a rocky outcrop sits in the lower-left corner, throwing long shadows across a vast, grassy lawn covered with fallen leaves. Bare, leafless trees are scattered throughout the midground, framing a glimpse of a body of water and a distant bridge in the center. A lone individual walks across the open field near a small shrub. In the far background, the silhouettes of city buildings and high-rises rise above the tree line under a clear sky.
