Even if concessions are negotiated, there is little reason to believe David Ellison will keep any of his promises in a Paramount-Warner Bros. merger.

We all can be honest with ourselves and recognize that a Paramount-Warner Brothers would lead to lots of people losing their jobs and a reduction in the variety and quality, and freedom, of the news and entertainment divisions, and increased customer costs. Let’s insist our State AGs stop it.
