Rise of Nations would have Doug Kaufman saying "Not Enough Food", "Not Enough Oil" into some tiny microphone so it sounded like "NOFF NOFF Food", "NOFF NOFF Oil". It was so memorable that "NOFF_NOFF_FOOD", etc got into the codebase...
Gamedevs, ship your game with an option to unlock placeholder VO, and possibly also animatics or other WIP stuff replacing final assets in the game. Just for fun. Not because its interesting in a 'how its made' sense but because I enjoy how intentionally silly that stuff can feel.
