Today is #NoGoodWay Day, a day to remember that people with disabilities are just as worthy of love and respect as anyone else, and a constant reminder that we all must refrain from using the r word and call out others when they do. There is #NoGoodWay to use the r word.

Just because you made a chart about it doesn't mean it doesn't hurt people. There is #nogoodway to say that word. Even when you use it about yourself or other people.
