#NoMowMay turned into #NoMowJune and now our meadow is in #NoMowJuly. The lady's bedstraw, red clover, knapweed and bird's-foot trefoil are alive with bees, hoverflies, beetles and butterflies. Eventually we'll cut it but it's glorious right now.

NoMowMay becomes NoMowJune and we have a Bee Orchid in the front 'lawn'

I knew it was coming — there's no #nomowjune — but still sad. It was harder to walk on the hill opposite our house, and we lost a fair few balls, but those wild flowers and tall grasses were sublime.

After completing #NoMowMay and then #NoMowJune, our lawns have now been cut. Plenty of untrimmed bushes for smol birbs to hang out in, though.
