I am looking to model the outcomes of an election, i.e votes cast, as a 3D map where areas with areas with high voter turnout shown as elevated and areas with low turn out shown as sea level. I can't find any examples of nonelevation based 3-d modeling being done in qgis can anyone point me to resources or videos?
