I'd just be happy if they regulated the amount of lighting they're able to use.

Being near one at any time it looks like the fucking noonday sun even on a moonless night.

A thoroughly fascinating & very revealing documentary on the lunatic genius that was PETER SELLERS.

THE GHOST OF PETER SELLERS (2018)

Peter Medak’s cautionary tale about filmmaking centres around his working with Sellers on the 1968 comedy ‘Ghost In The Noonday Sun’.

If your Paleolithic ancestors knew that you could carry a pocketful of noonday everywhere you went and you didn’t, they would be very ashamed of you.

Why not shift our time zones by 7 hours instead of 1 so we can finish work with an entire day's worth of sunlight to enjoy after? Eat supper under the noonday sun!

Ghost in the Noonday Sun was not worth the $2 I paid for it on the Umbrella Entertainment sale. Peter Sellers was right to fake a heart attack to get out of it

Hit send too soon: RIP Peter Medak. I gained a new appreciation for him when I watched THE GHOST OF PETER SELLERS, about Medak's disastrous GHOST IN THE NOONDAY SON.

Might as well post a snippet from my fic why not.

In the noonday sun a shining tower shudders, the engines inside shaking and groaning with ages of dis-use. It drags toward it the light of the star, vibrating with energies barely contained. At it's apex, NOAH and the assembled adventurers wait -.

But that’s I think the sign of a real studio pro. Dude didn’t look down his nose at anything. I love that he still cleaned up the statue of Spike Milligan in London whenever he visited. “Terry Gilliam should really be doing this,” when he did it in the doc on Ghost in the Noonday Sun
