NYC Parks and Columbia University Rowing Dock— completed about a year ago in the Harlem River next to the Columbia Tennis center. It is pretty much maxed out. Where there should be a ramp down to the water, it is flat. Tidal Marsh off the Harlem River. NYC Parks department Inwood Hill Park Nature center is adjacent. This dock was rebuilt a few years ago after being destroyed in 2012 by Hurricane Sandy. The floating part is bent up at an odd angle because it is too high. The dryland of Inwood Hill park is becoming marshland of the Harlem River. Tide water covers up a wide parks path and there are several parks benches standing in the water.
