Pse miratohet strategjia e re e luftës kundër mashtrimeve në Maqedoni?
— Në mbledhjen e saj të fundit, Qeveria miratoi Strategjinë e luftës kundër mashtrimeve dhe mbrojtjes së interesave financiare të BE-së në vend për periudhën 2026–2030. Strategjia u hartua në përputhje me detyrimet e ndërmarra në kuadër të Programit Nacional për Miratimin e së Drejtës së BE-së (NPAA), në suaza të Kapitullit 32 – Kontrolli Financiar.
Sipas Ministrisë së Financave, strategjia synon një motë “Zero tolerancë për mashtrimin” gjatë zbatimit të programeve të BE-së. Në përdorim të strategjisë, pritet të përforcohet parandalimi i parregullsive dhe mashtrimeve, vendosja e masave efektive dhe proporcionale kundër mashtrimit, përmirësimi i mjeteve dhe teknikave për zbulimin e parregullsive dhe mashtrimeve.
Strategjia nacionale për luftën kundër mashtrimit promovon sigurimin e dënimeve proporcionale dhe dekurajuese, korrigjimet e përshtatshme financiare dhe dekurajimet në rast të parregullsive dhe mashtrimeve. Sipas Telegrafit, Ministrisë e Financave thotë se strategjia u hartua në përputhje me detyrimet e ndërmarra në kuadër të NPAA.
Strategjia për luftën kundër mashtrimit dhe mbrojtjen e interesave financiare të Bashkimit Evropian në Republikën e Maqedonisë s Veriut 2026-2030 nënkupton zbatimin e reformave në fushat prioritare që lidhen me parandalimin e parregullsive dhe mashtrimeve, zbulimin e parregullsive dhe rasteve të dyshuara për mashtrim, hetimin dhe ndjekjen penale të mashtrimeve dhe kthimin e mjeteve finaciare dhe sanksionet.

I my favorite ongoing bit in ZZZ is Vivian becoming friends with a random girl because they're Phaeton fans & discovered both are Lycon/Vlad shippers. This comes up nearly every patch.
Normally I'd chalk this up to the devs being playful w/their audience & possibly queer b8 but the NPAA don't play.
