the driver (58/F) of a 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe
turning left from Post Oak Rd to Milbern Dr (at Beverly Farms ES)
hit & seriously injured a pedestrian (37/F)
in a marked crosswalk.
Police (MCP23950030) included pedestrian distracted by phone and did not find anyone at fault.
