This is why even from a logical point of view, it is silly to argue non-state armed groups trigger the right to self defence. Aggression cant be transformed into self defence by the actions of a NSAG

I would recommend any NSAG the world over have a personalized version of "Come Out Ye Black & Tans", "Foggy Dew" and "My Little Armalite". It's so cheap to do and the songs will get blended together

I mean, this is a little complicated by the fact that Directorate S has cultivated relations at one point or another with functionally every Islamist NSAG in the area with the intent of hypothetically threatening India.
And the former handlers may just prefer them going rogue over paying them off.

A really good way to fund an NSAG if Trump goes full bore is smuggling iPhones in from Canada. Once you get a good business going, you start transporting machine tools etc and get some hooks into local manufacturing. Duluth is a great place to get a rocket nozzle turned
