that might have been what they would have to do to meet the mitigation proposed, but the question never got addressed because they dropped the project for unrelated reasons before the report was published (something which the nukeman in question also chose not to emphasize, natch)

Maybe this was among the mitigation measures that they included in the plan, and which were specifically judged to be adequate in the report which absolutely does not say that the consent was refused because of the Welsh language! Maybe a nukeman is bending the truth here, it's been known!

I've been an open-minded sceptic about nuclear power for the last couple of decades, and thing that drives me mad about the nukeman lobby is that they assume the arguments in favour are open and shut and that they don't really need to convince anyone because any sceptic is a stupid NIMBY.
