There’s nothing of interest on the ballot in Connecticut. But my state senate district has been red the entire time I’ve lived here—20 years—as the rest of the state got bluer. I am interested to see what happens with this man tonight. #NutmegSky

NEW: The U.S. Department of Justice told officials in New Haven last week that it planned to send election monitors on Nov. 3.
New Haven told DOJ that its monitors can’t enter polling places here.
