On Wed., Sept. 2, Northwest Film Forum in Seattle will the horror classic “The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari,” with live musical accompaniment from Sleepbomb, a SF-based psychedelic band that specializes in scoring or reinterpreting music for older films.

For the 55th year running, the Grand Illusion is screening “It’s a Wonderful Life,” this time at Northwest Film Forum (1515 12th Ave, Seattle). Shows run from Thurs., Dec. 18, through the 24th.
