Oh, you mean TPUSA’s Andrew Kolvet who was interviewed by the NYTimes’s Ross Douthat THIS WEEK where he talked about how much he cares about fact-based, non-conspiratorial media and Ross didn’t challenge him at all on that assertion?
Brown University released a statement about a Palestinian student that's being smeared online as the shooting suspect.

Not going to share his post because it includes the student's personal info but one of those spreading this harmful rumor was the spokesperson for Turning Point USA, Andrew Kolvet.

Douthat's show appears to be the NYTimes's dedicated fascism-cast

To be clear, the @nytimes's diversity goals were put in place to address the historic underrepresentation of women and minorities among the paper's staff. This problem exists at most newspapers, where women are woefully underrepresented in economics and politics coverage and on the opinion desk.

Wondering when the NYTimes’s piece directly quoting his verbal miscues will be published.

Conceptualizing democracy as a kind of niche issue that a free press should only prioritize in coverage according to how many people rate its importance in a poll is a huge tell about why the NYTimes's current election coverage has been so myopic, timid, and consistently unable to meet the moment.

I just set 80 on fire of the NYTimes’s money
I. Just set 80 dollars on fire, this says a lot about the economy

The nytimes’s abstention from local political endorsement lasted exactly as long as it took for a credible socialist mayoral candidate to emerge.

I would be very interested to know the internal conversations behind the decision to move today’s editorial.

I'm sure this will be off of the NYTimes's front page by tomorrow.

More people need to wean themselves off the xword and connections and nuke their subs, which is how the NYTimes's 200+ OpEd + editorial staff can go ham like this with fascistwashing takes
The Times saying last year they'd no longer endorse candidates in local elections, then immediately being like "oh but not THAT guy" 10 months later because the candidate wants free buses gives away the whole game. "Objectivity" means you break your own rules to punch left as much as you want.
NYT Editorial board effectively endorses Andrew Cuomo today in the most weaselly possible way. “Don’t rank Mamdani, and it will probably be either him or Cuomo, sooo…”

Want to see MSM gaslighting normalization at work? The @nytimes's horrific On Politics newsletter doesn't say Trump unintelligibly ranted like a maniac, it says he "digressed about the dangers of shark attacks." Watch it yourself. www.nytimes.com/2024/06/10/u...

"The brazen attempt to kill the political leaders of Hamas."

They aren't "political leaders," they are the heads of a vicious terrorist organization.

What's really brazen is @nytimes's efforts to whitewash Hamas.

YES. This is likely the thing that will finally burn down every last remaining bit of the NYTimes's credibility. There's just too much damning information out there now.
November 13, 2025 at 5:08 AM
It's not; it's an ongoing threat and effort to damage the Democratic candidate until she kisses the NYTimes's ring.

She's smart not to since even giving that deference wouldn't stop their shitty coverage; they're ideologically committed to misrepresenting the facts to create the illusion of balance

I don’t have the time or patience to weigh in on the NYTimes’s latest softball platforming of Chris Rufo. But let’s just say that the first person Rufo hired (who still works for him) when he made it big in 2021 was the groyper who wrote this tweet that got his college republican chapter in trouble.

As much as I hate the NYTimes's default equivocation for trump and his regime, 8 hours behind bellingcat, on a Sunday - isn't actually bad.

This is a great story, and a great corrective to NYTimes’s distortions.
💯Beautiful. I love Molly’s Bund histories—& Szmul Zygielbojm is name etched in memory—but here she melds past & present in marvelous hope fugue. Note homage to Vladeck name: scions in labor & law. (Note also one descendant of this tradition now in UK: Larry Sanders, Bernie’s older brother, a Green.)

Likely a scam to help shore up Maher’s
credibility.

When everyone figured out that NYTimes’s Maggie Habberman was a Trump mouthpiece, Trump suddenly attacked her and pretended she wasn’t a supporter.

He’s doing the same here so Maher can pretend to be a “liberal “ and support Republicans.

NYTimes's Adam Liptak writes that Kavanaugh "may bring a coach's perspective to the [trans athlete] case." He could (and should?)have written that Kavanaugh "may bring a rapist's perspective to the case."
