Today I learned the Sámi word ‘oavnjistit’ which means the feeling you get when a wolf is in hunting mode and you feel he is following you but you can’t see him. (1)

In an interview in Tate Magazine, the Sámi artist Máret Ánne Sara (pictured) describes this as a kind of haunting. Her show in the Turbine Hall opens soon. A must-see. (2)
