I mean a notable thing is the senate Rs just gave up a huge piece of obstructive power.
It genuinely doesn't make sense that every assistant secretary or deputy administrator has to have a separate vote. The Senate's default to rely on unanimous consent and only take a recorded vote occasionally just doesn't work anymore, and it hasn't for years.
