Fiddling with levels (and copy pasting pieces of background) does do wonders to make a scanned watercolor picture look better.

And Lohtu keeps skipping!

Just skipping the clean-up on this one, but Lohtu in her lil goat mask+cloak, and boots of false tracks, that I decided now do lil goat hoof marks!
At one corner you can see the tiny sketch I usually do to figure how to fit the pose on paper, and of course the color tests.

Scanned watercolor doodle of my silver kobold cleric Lohtu. She's wearing a goat mask that covers her entire face, and has dark grey fur cloak hanging off it. Upper left corner has same pose but sketched in pencil, right corner has random splotch of color where I tested the colors i mixed before I slapped them on Lohtu. "How exactly DO you draw Lohtu's horns?"

Well, you see...
~ Squiggle ~

#kobold #oc:Lohtu
Compilation of my drawings of my silver kobold cleric Lohtu (she/they). Focus is on her horns, which are drawn differently in every single picture, because I can't draw them consistently to save my life, and at this point have figured that I'll just draw them as any sort of corkscrew squiggle until I land on something that works!

When this one party of adventurers has a super cute kobold, but the other party members keep stealing your opportunities to give her uppies.
#kobold #oc:Lohtu
four panel unshaded comic drawn on pencil and felt nib pens. 1st panel, elderly pallid elf lady ponders to herself "That little kobold was adorable" 2nd panel "if I could give her uppies just once-" her thoughts are interrupted by spotting the kobold in question, my Lohtu, trying to reach to a basket of fruits on a tall table. there's text "reaaach" and bolded "opportunity!!" 3rd panel, the elder elf lady is about to reach to Lohtu "Oh dear, let me help-" but is interrupted by party ranger (also elf but younger) who got there first without noticing the older lady, already hoisting Lohtu up "Here you go, Lohtu" Lohtu's peets are sticking out with her toes in full sploot as she's slightly surprised of the uppies, but reaching for the opportunity of fresh fruits. 4th panel, detailed close up on the elder elf's face as thick streams of tears are falling down her cheeks and her mouth is open in silent scream of agony, and she grasps her shirt, thinking "it should've been ME!!", lamenting the missed opportunity of giving kobold uppies.
