To be fair, octant d is basically 80% of my intake
For the rest of your life, you can only eat food from one of these regions. Which do you choose?

Gyros, kebabs, curry, biryani, xiao long bao, sushi, kimchi, adobo, and lamingtons all in the same octant is simply unfair.

The obvious answer is that the Gods are the strongest and octant Godbloods with weird niche noncombat abilities are the weakest.
So instead I'll talk about arguably the strongest octant Godblood and the arguably weakest God...

Who are the strongest & weakest members of your cast when it comes to magic? (Not including characters who don't use magic at all)
As usual, this will depend on how you define "strong" or "weak." It doesn't have to necessarily be tied to fighting!

Now, in my setting, having more abilities (being at 50%, for instance) doesn't necessarily make you stronger than someone with fewer (say an octant at 12.5%). That octant might have a hella powerful ability which they use masterfully. But the half-Spirit might have multiple abilities that synergize.

Octant of Limsa Lominsa takes its name from the navigational tool that advanced seafaring. The eight-sided courtyard was built to honor the instruments' inventor, Jovanni Gnonno. It's a popular meeting place, gossip hub and home to an aetheryte.

This is a cross section of Mercury, with one octant removed, showing the interior structure—a solid inner core, a molten outer core (glowing white), and a mantle and crust. The surface of Mercury is image data from the MESSENGER mission.

16/25 What did they use? The octant of 1731 measured up to 90 degrees, not enough for wide Moon-Sun distances. In 1757, a naval captain, John Campbell, who had tried lunars at sea, proposed a sixth of a circle: 120 degrees. The first sextant was built in 1759.

12/28 Navigation, part two: latitude. A noon sun sight with the quadrant, from a wet, rolling launch with the eye barely above the sea. Longitude came only from the reckoning, so every course and every hour's run had to be booked.

At the bodybuilding competition, @klinear.bsky.social decided to take an Octant Flex muscle growth pill just before going on stage. But despite his insane growth, inside the pump room he’s still not big enough! He’ll have to ignore the warnings and take more! #hypermuscle #musclegrowth #roidgut

Unfortunately, having a single weight per octant is still way too crude, and the resulting image barely differs from the one that uses just uniform direction sampling:
