This is very Chilean. A national ordinance (Ordenanza General de Urbanismo y Construcciones - OGUC) provides huge FAR bonuses for large lots, lot consolidation, wide street frontage, or public space improvements.
Why do so many South American cities take this form, i.e. high-rises among low-rise with little mid-rise and only very weak concentration?

My sixth and final art for #zenitsuevemt2025 was done in collaboration with @oguchi.bsky.social for his old man yaoi UzuZen!! 💎⚡️

Twenty years post-canon, Zenitsu lives in Tokyo as a romance writer, but he still exchanges letters with Tengen longing for the brief time they spent together 💎⚡

My Headcanon is that, since the Gouf never existed & thus the entire product-improved Zaku family was called, the guy who named the Gelgoog in OGUC worked on this & slapped the name on it, even though its clearly a GM. There were arguments over it :y

Her medya kuruluşunun yazılı olmayan kuralları vardır. Kurumsal sınırları, editoryal refleksleri, sahiplik ilişkileri, siyasi yakınlıkları ve kabul edilebilir söylem repertuvarı bulunur. Haber merkezinde yeterince uzun süre çalıştığınızda bunları öğrenirsiniz. Hangi haberin sorun yaratacağını bilirsiniz. Hangi başlığın değişeceğini, hangi kelimenin fazla geleceğini tahmin edersiniz. Kıbrıs’ın kuzeyinde ana akım medyada çalışıyorsanız mesela, bu kelimelerden biri de “işgal”dir. Türkiye’nin Kıbrıs’taki askeri, siyasi ve ekonomik varlığından söz ederken “işgal” kelimesini kullanmanın yaratacağı sonucu size kimsenin öğretmesine gerek yoktur.
