The nicest one is a Pilot Cocoon metal body, then a moderately nice Ohto, and a cheap but night sky themed Fonte that comes with both a medium and a fine point.
I'm still an amateur with them so no expensive ones yet. I only bought my first one last year in Tokyo but have really been enjoying it.

Article keeps calling him Oto-san. Which is weird, because depending on the vowel emphasis it means "sound/noise" or "dad." So the print here is calling him "Mr. Noise" or "Dad."
His name in English is Ohto-san. Which (admittedly) still sounds the same.
Regardless, I want one of those.
