I think Russ was treated pretty unfairly after his OKC days. At his peak, he was one of the best, most explosive guards to ever play. I know it's because he's retired, but I'm glad his number will go up in OKC before KD's. It should.

OKC will be eligible for a hardship exception with Chet Holmgren, Cason Wallace & Jalen Williams out long-term.
Challenge is that a hardship exception is a roster exception, not a cap exception. After signing Ochai Agbaji, OKC will be only about $4.6M under the second apron.
