My entry for the travellingmanuk.bsky.social Old world new tricks painting competition. Struggled to get this done in time but just managed on the last day.

Finished painting my entry for @travellingmanuk.bsky.social mystery painting competition.
This time the theme was Old World!

1 mystery model, 1 mystery basing supplies, 4 paints.

Really fun challenge to push myself a bit with colours I rarely use.

Well I'm not entirely unhappy with my Travelling Man Old World New Tricks mystery paints and model paint challenge

Work in progress on my Black Orc standard bearer. I know it's the best method for this model, but I FUCKING HATE EDGE HIGHLIGHTING AARGH WHY AM I DOING THIS

The last time a Warhammer model was undercoated at Stately Jennings Manor, Gordon Brown was the PM and the age of Sigmar was just how old He was. We're underway, at least...

Huzzah! My @travellingmanuk.bsky.social Challenge! I got a highelf spearman. Pleasantly surprised at the colours I managed to mix together and I'm very pleased with the results.

And he's done! my submission for the Travelling Man Old World New Tricks painting challenge, learned a lot!
I'd decided to use no black or white when painting and only use a mix of the four colours supplied for the challenge.

I really was wondering what to do with the colours I'd received for the Traveling Man Old World New Tricks Painting Challenge, spending the time to give me a visual idea of what could be done with the colours and how they mix was super helpful.

Another thing I'm hoping I can do in the midst of a personal crisis is this season's @travellingmanuk.bsky.social painting contest, Old World New Tricks. And apparently they _really_ want this Black Orc to be blue in a blue field... #tmanpaintchallenge #oldworldnewtricks #miniaturepainting
