Convicting Vought *specifically* cripples a non-trivial amount of Trump's freedom of action, because no one else is going to want to be the head of OMB if doing what Trump requires of the job leads to "You can't work for the Federal Government again ever in any capacity".

- Legislative veto again on steriods
- Jurisdiction stripping Art 3 courts from Art 1 vs Art 2 issues
- Abolish OMB. Move its functions to Congressional agencies like GAO
