The only stock one dimensional characters on that show was McNulty. Drunk, cheating, self absorbed and self obsessed, sure. But even Bill Rawls had layers! Stringer is one dimensional? Michael is one dimensional? Cutty? Prezbo is one dimensional? Sobotka? OK. Lol.
