I used Carveco CNC software with my Onefinity CNC to carve out the Onefinity Logo and the Redline CNC logo. I just added the Redline CNC spindle Controller to my Onefinity.

Here is a look back at installing all of the threaded inserts in the CNC waste board. These will give me great options for holding things down on the CNC with cam clamps. In addition to those I also have T Trak from Kreg Tools.

I have another Millennium Falcon catch-all tray I made from cherry on my Onefinity CNC that needs some finish. I’m using Bee’Nooba wax from Bumblechutes for many reasons, but I like how it makes the wood look.

I have the Redline CNC controller all hooked up after replacing my Masso controller. It was a very simple process and didn't even need to open the drag chain to run cables.

I am loving the color screen.

Here are the three bears for comparison. One is the original that my grandfather carved 51 years ago, one is a 3D printed version, and one is the one I just carved on the Onefinity CNC with the Redline CNC controller and spindle.

Here’s a quick install of the 80mm plug & play spindle kit from Redline CNC. This is going on my Onefinity Foreman Elite CNC. This was a super simple installation following the video on the Onefinity forum for how to install the kit. Very easy.

I finally took some time and updated the Masso controller on my Onefinity Foreman Elite CNC. I made a backup of the current configuration including a printable format, so I can compare all the values before and after the update.

First carve on the new Redline CNC controller.

I'm carving the Redline CNC and the Onefinity CNC Logos on this piece of baltic birch plywood that has a black water based stain on the surface. This will find a nice place to live on the wall.

This was scanned with the Einstar Vega scanner and then brought into Vectric CNC software for the carve. I really like the visualization of carving in the software as it will show the roughing and detail pass.

I’m cutting out this millennium falcon catch all tray made out of cherry on the Harvey Ambassador C14 bandsaw. I love this awesome machine for doing things like this as well as resawing larger pieces of wood. Next, I’ll move onto the router table.

Now it’s time to use the 1/16-inch diameter, bullnose and mill for the finishing pass on this bar carving. There isn’t much material to take off in the finishing pass since the roughing pass takes most of it off.

It's time to flatten another piece of white oak. I just use the xbox controller to run the Ripper flattening bit over the wood until I have hit all of the surface. I use xfasten double sided cnc tape to hold the board in place.

Time to cut off the back piece from the 3D carve on the Onefinity CNC using the Harvey C14 bandsaw. The file was created in Vectric CNC software after scanning the original bear using the Einstar Vega 3D scanner.

Using a 1/16” diameter ball nose end mill to run the finishing pass on this Millennium Falcon tray. I generated the tool paths in Vectric CNC software. The Redline spindle was running at 200 ipm. I will cut the tray loose and do a sanding.
