Time for a game- Spot the Katydid!🔎

🦗 The Fork-tailed Bush Katydid gets its name from the male’s tail, which looks like a tiny green horseshoe—perfect for lucky bug spotting! This insect is found across Southern Canada.

🧐 Can you find the parasitized larvae?!

These gall midge larvae have been staying cozy all winter but now that it's warming up, they're starting to develop☀️! Some are being taken over by parasitoids, which grow inside the midge larvae 🐛
