This insidious legislation wd insulate Ont ministers' offices from freedom-of-info requests, extend basic waiting period for all requests to 45 days (from 30) and allow depts 2 opportunities (rather than 1) to take deadline extensions. RIP transparency. #cdnfoi #ontfoi #ontpoli
