10 man mega dungeons is the most I want to see, aside from an occasional 40-man single boss like Onyxia. The 20-man launch raid being an emphasis is really annoying.

Heck even during the Gates of Ahn'qiraj event, it was mostly commanders of the factions involved, like Saurfang and such, not the actual faction leaders.
Technically the only real 'faction leader' story we got in vanilla was Onyxia attempting to kill Anduin and Bolvar in the Keep
