Really cool to see the new version of @dreamcastforever.com's openMenu tools - the new BGM option means my Sonic Mega Collection theme is finally complete!

Coming soon in my openMenu/Card Manager fork: extremely fast SD card loading 😎

This is 656 disc images totaling 568 GB of data, loading in about one second.

Once ready, I'll bring this code over to Orbital Organizer too.

A big update for openMenu! As such, I've bumped it up to v1.7.0 😎

As always, Windows and Linux users need only to open Card Manager and let the auto-updater do its thing. A manual update is still required for macOS users.

Version 1.5.2-ateam of "openMenu Virtual Folder Bundle" is here!

Not a huge release, but some nice Card Manager QOL updates, including macOS arm64 support.

New work-in-progress openMenu theme for Folders mode, sort of a Frankenstein monster of a few other themes, plus my own original work.

I kinda like it! 😅

I always felt openMenu needed to report the current GDEMU firmware version like the old gdMenu does, so I added it!

The pull request is here: github.com/sbstnc/openm...

...and those interested in using this version right now can grab it from here: dreamcast-talk.com/forum/viewto...

Here's the first video capture of the work-in-progress "Serial VMU" feature, which gives openMenu users virtual per-game VMUs using nothing but an inexpensive serial SD card reader (and an SD card, of course).
