ao3 being down is giving me time to work on my #opsheetzau :)
"Hey, Sanji!" It had been summer, just like this one; hot, humid, and near-unbearable. Sanji had found Luffy and Usopp digging a hole in Luffy's backyard, covered in mud and dirt and laughing away. "Your grandpa is gonna kill you, you know." Luffy had just laughed. "He's the one who started the hole! He buried somethin' here like… a million years ago, and told me to find it!"

Zoro has always been able to the see the things that go bump in the night. He's always known it wasn't a gang that killed his parents, even if he was too young to remember them or their faces. His proximity to loss and the green force of life that runs through the planet has always gifted him the ability to see and know that which hides in the shadows and the night and the lofty places of power far above the innocent. He's found that directly ignoring the things that seem to flock to East Blue is far more effective than just attacking them outright, since many feed on fear or use eye contact and names to gain power. He knows not to give those things his name and he knows not to ask anything or them nor give them the feeling that he knows anything. He knows not to follow the creatures that guide him into the dark, and he knows how to kill them when he follows them anyways. He's never seen this.

#wipwednesday this time its a zoro pov for my #opsheetzau >:]
When Sanji leaves, feet near-silently tapping against the creaky old wood, Zoro waits. He waits, despite his entire being insisting that he take on this stupid magical circus with just his fists and a dream, but he waits. Five minutes pass, then ten, and when Sanji doesn't return, Zoro caves to his instincts and chooses a brief moment that no one in the circus is looking at him to make his escape. He sprints out of the tent and back to his truck. The grounds are silent. Not abandoned, no, but silent, and Zoro pauses just for a moment to notice the attendees who had no interest in the bigtop, the vendors, and staff not directly in the tent. They lay slumped on the ground, bodies twisted and limp in a mockery of peaceful sleep. Zoro takes stock of himself for a moment, testing to see if he feels drowsy or otherwise encumbered, but when nothing apparent appears, he hops over the fairgoers and continues the sprint to his truck.

ITS OUT NOW AFTER ONE MILLION YEARS!!!!!!!!!!!!
Summary: "You ate what?" The Strawhat kitchen table has been beaten, stabbed, stained, and burned over many years. According to Luffy, it used to have been Nami's— the table of unidentifiable wood she and her older sister ate at during their childhood— and now it makes a home within these walls, moved in with the redhead. Sanji runs his fingers over the shallow divots last left by Franky and Zoro playing the Knife Game a little too ferociously. "The Gum-Gum Fruit!" Luffy drapes over his seat; a deflated balloon of a man.

Chapter 4: Catawampus Summary: When they arrive at the Strawhat house, the windows are dark and vacant like the eyes of a corpse. The truck jangles along the gravel, pulling to a stop in Zoro's usual parking place. The evening air feels nice on his sun-warmed skin, and Sanji realizes grimly that he's going to be sunburnt tomorrow. Stupid European genes. He definitely should have worn sunscreen. Zoro stumbles halfway up to the house, sword slung across his back, before cocking his head and freezing, like a hound hearing a whistle. Sanji slams into him. "Ack-!" Zoro flails, trying not to fall. He regains his balance by grabbing the hand Sanji instinctively offers. "Something's wrong," he hisses.

Nothing To Do Here (Except Everything) SombraLuna Chapter 3: Bad Morning Summary: When he packs up to leave for the night, Law begins to ponder. He's not a detective— there's no way anyone should let him near a crime scene, especially with his deep enjoyment of surgery and studying the insides of the human body, but something is wrong. OR: Law plays detective and tries to discover why the town is seeing an influx of supernatural activity.

#opsheetzau going well
Mihawk "Hawk-Eyes" Dracule is a devastatingly handsome, average-sized man with thick black hair, a beautifully-shaped moustache and beard, and piercing eyes that could be defined as green or brown, if one were unable to remember the word gold. He's a millionaire, the world's greatest swordsman, and deeply European, which is why Sanji can't figure out why he's walked into a Sheetz in Southwestern Pennsylvania.

Drawing of blackleg Sanji in a grey Sheetz uniform. He is scowling. The text reads: Sanji Black, 19, He/Him (Any) Assistant Manager •Alsacean immigrant to Louisiana with Zeff, and then moved to PA •Severe anger issues— barely graduated •somehow convinces Robin to sell him Marlboro Reds even though he's underage •Has a Gift— can see spirits and touch them too, which allows him to fight them •Hates Southwest PA is unfortunately the perfect Pennsylvanian line cook. It's tragic. drawing of Roronoa Zoro in a black sheetz uniform and ballcap. Text reads: Zoro Roronoa, 19, He/Him. •Mainly custodial duties, sometimes does drinks •3 mop style •Mostly night shift •AuDHD— refuses to mask and keeps getting customer complaints •Also dyslexic •Has a Gift and channels it through his swords, but isn't aware he has a Gift for a while. Just assumes everyone can see spirits if they try hard enough. This is his most deranged take •Japanese immigrant parents died when he was a baby, so he got raised in a group home until Koushiro fostered him. Met Luffy in highschool and became best friends. •Farm boy
