Setting daily maintenance window in Oracle EPM?
If you change the daily maintenance start time within 30 minutes of the current time, it takes effect the next day. If the new start time is more than 30 minutes away, it takes effect the same day.

Daylight Saving Time (DST) can cause maintenance to be skipped or run twice. Spring forward may skip the scheduled time; fall back may repeat it. Use UTC, a non-DST time zone, or avoid scheduling between 1:00–3:00 AM local time.
