1a and 1b are no longer legit diagnoses. They used to be ons in the DSM IV for DDNOS but OSDD does not have a 1a and 1b distinction. It's just OSDD1. Anyone who uses that distinction is horrifically misinformed

so far after discussion with my girlfriend, we've so far agreed that caitlyn likely would have osdd1a. jinx is just canon did and vi is looking like an osdd1/1ab(?) case
rewatching the scene where caitlyn is propped up as piltover's commander and from the moment ambessa says her name to the moment cait pounds her chest she is just so checked out. i'm already constructing a potential did/osdd headcanon and timeline in my head

me too except its not quirky i just have many syptoms of osdd1 (undiagnosed, but i cant seem to get rid of it so-)
yea i use them to cope with my very complex conflicting emotions and dissociation
if you don't have a disorder but still feel identity this way, its called "endogenic"(valid)

In our experience, given that most people only understand DID and don't understand the other disorders like P-DID, OSDD1 a and b, or people who aren't impacted enough to even seek out a diagnosis or further understanding, they usually ignore/excuse their others headmates :p

im talking abt endogenic systems which are systems created by something other than trauma. a system is when the brain is fragmented into dissociated identity states bcz of repeated childhood trauma (DID and OSDD1)! i hope that explains what i meant :3

i forgot to add that systems cant be created by smth other than trauma because of the actual science of why and how systems function. ppl can experience delusions or derealization/depersonalization that FEEL like did/osdd1, but at the end of the day they arent.
