Bede wasn't very clear - perhaps deliberately. In his letter to Egbert, bishop of York, he says 'Thus, for about thirty years, from when King Aldfrith was taken from human affairs...'. Aldfrith died in either 704 or 705. So it was either him, or his succcessor, Osred.

He’s the oldest, and sadly also the shortest. While he takes after their father in all but his ears and eyes, his brothers got their looks(most noticeably their height) from their mother.

Luckily, so far, only Osred is old enough to have grown into this height.
