I started taking nucs and non nucs my dr said i might get 10 yrs, which was great. I was in hospital 8 yrs ago with osteomylitis, fell off bike and got bad knee infection and attending asked me why i was taking jurrassic park medicine for aids. It was they were only generics and worked and cheap. I

I've been diagnosed with a bone infection in one of my toes. Two treatment options; IV infusion for at least a month or amputation. Anyone here faced something like this? How did you handle it? #healthcare #osteomylitis
