i dont know, to me it's how you view it, if it's a spiritual/metaphysical thing or more tangible and body dysmorphic. really it depends on the person...i guarantee most otherkins are probably nd in some way just the way autistic ppl are more likely to be "different" in some way. does this make sense

And what I mean by medical intervention for otherkins is if you were viewed as multiple people. Rather than one dissociated person. They could tell you something like stop cosplaying Scooby-Doo
