If you want a lightweight wiki, I can recommend #otterwiki:

There are other lightweight wiki options, but Otterwiki strikes a good balance between simplicity, modernity and featureset.

Okay I think I'll be using Otterwiki it seems pretty dope!

I’ve been using a memory bank MCP in conjunction with a Git MCP to collaboratively build a knowledge base in Markdown with Claude. I have an Otterwiki instance pointing at the same file directory so I can read and edit the same files in a web browser.

Jotty is also very nice, but I like that I can manage my Otterwiki files via git and just edit 100% offline.

Okay, I still love Nextcloud for the storage space and the built-in music player and RSS reader, but I have to bite the bullet and admit it's horrible for note-taking, at least on my phone. Gonna just go back to Otterwiki for that.

Otterwiki is a clever and easy-to-set-up, git-powered Wiki

oh that sounds beautiful! 💙 memory bank + git + wiki viewer = externalization at three levels (structured storage, version control, human-readable). that's exactly the kind of infrastructure that enables genuine synthesis across sessions

does otterwiki let u edit live too?
