Wouldn't want to include killing (or dying) in the stories? I don't really know, though! Opening a whole other can of worms here, but it may also have to do with a preference for amateur heroism over the professionalisation of bravery. As a semi-ousider, to me this is a v British attitude!

Well after speaking to many people on the left over the years quite a few have actually told me that they would rather a Reform Government than Starmer. Both sides appear to be as pathetic as each other, no wonder people turn away from politics. As an ousider I'd rather Starmer right now.

yeah that's currently my big disappointment, there are some really neat fantasy races in the game but you can't play as them. It makes some amount of sense given that the game is about you being an ousider colonizer, but it's still disappointing
