This is really interesting!...we have recently found that both childhood trauma and self-reported autonomic overreactivity is linked to loss of imagery in later life (acquired form of aphantasia)...i wonder whether aphantasia results from the above or contributes to them... osf.io/preprints/ps...

I'm more thinking about direct professional therapy - her overreactivity means that she's struggling with feeling included in Brownies. She does loads of physical stuff, I'm looking for psychological approaches.

Writing has a freaky ability to surface truths from your brain.

Like this: people with a control mindset literally don’t have experience thinking. Control relies on threats/punishment/violence.

Their brains are wired for overreactivity. Control relies on anxiety/fear that triggers the amygdala.

I have big problems with emotional regulation. I was like that as a child. Just like I've always had mental health problems and an overreactivity to negative stimuli. I used to get very angry when I was younger too.

And it's ableist also, because forcing vaccines on autoimmune divergent folks hurts them. They are NOTORIOUSLY underdiagnosed conditions. Especially the mRNA vaccines specifically, that we KNOW can cause damage to the thyroid in anyone with mast cell overreactivity, which is most people with OCD.
