The IWB AlienWear holsters are great and can be positioned all around the waste at your preference. Highly versatile. Mines still going strong after 10 years, the newest ones are even better.

For OWB, I like the basic Blackhawk button release retention. Both keep my full size Beretta secure

Highly recommend against OWB.
Some of the worst encounter design (enemies kind of just *spawn*, and have detection range to rival feral ghouls).
Jokey tone (44 seconds in a row talking about penises?) is extremely jarring, considering the concentration camp on the premises.
