Update on Cobham Stoke d’Abernon and Oxshott housing proposals via Cllr David Lewis Newsletter PLANNING UPDATE There are now four major housing developments planned within my new East Surrey ward of Cobham & Oxshott South. The three largest applications are all on Green Belt which the applicants are proposing to reclassify as Grey Belt land as per the new guidance from the Labour Government.

Cllr David Lewis explains in his Newsletter: OXSHOTT HEATH Residents have been understandably concerned by the tree clearance which is taking place along Sandy Lane and that which is proposed to take place on Oxshott Heath.
