Did some padwork and lent my gloves to those wanting to try, taught some peeps all the small things to throw a proper punch, and did some conditioning to boot!

To be fair, everyone's been really nice and helpful. Every time I do padwork with someone I learn something new. I keep thinking that the more experienced people aren't going to want to work with me because my padwork is so clumsy, but I'm pretty sure that's all in my head

there was an Aussie boxer that caught word of Edmond lying to media saying Ronda was dropping her routinely. between that and the padwork we were seeing, that should have been a sign to a lot of people.

Did padwork outside in the CKB carpark barefoot because it's sunny and I'm a New Zealander.
