Although It may sound as basic as MSPaint, but Paint3D would be a good, easy solution to this problem if you have the body model you need. Paint3d was deactivated by MS, but if you use win10,11 you most likely already have it and can still use it, this is a great video on how: youtu.be/U3aZigT14vk

Finally getting a night to just play with VRM Posing Desktop after the new update. I'm happy with this shot. Backdrop was a real scene made using wood, canvas, doll furniture, toys, and clay pieces, some editing was done through Paint3D and OBS to bring in the starry sky I made awhile ago.

so paint3d has this feature that lets you draw lines with vertexes that you can adjust with transform, but it has no brush tools compatible with the line and no layer feature.
krita doesn't seem to have this tool, but does ANY digital art tool have
-lines with adjustable vertexes + brushes
