I’ve had these tetras for about 7 months the and had no issues. This one seems to be swelling with a heavy breathing. No issues with the others. Just finished a round of paracleanse for guppy issues. PH 8.0. Ammonia-0. Nitrites-0. Nitrates

I just added paracleanse after a water change which is where I potentially messed up:/ I am seeing labored breathing/flashing/gasping at the surface. I used seachem prime to dechlorinate. Should I use ammo lock?? I really love these guys I don’t want to lose anyone. I just tested my water and I have .25 ammonia but I do have ammonia in my tap water so I’m unsure if it has been converted to a safe form or not but the behaviors are certainly concerning!! A few days ago one of my tetras started showing puckered lips. I assumed it hurt itself so I kept an eye on it. It hasn't gone away, and one of it's fina are now inflamed at the base. It is still able to eat and isn't showing lethargy, at least yet. What can this be and what can I do?I have Fritz Paracleanse and Maracyn from previous fish sickness, would these be helpful?
