#octoberhorrormoviechallenge #31horrorfilms31days 🎃 #day1 - #galaxyofterror One of the many #alienripoff movies out there & this is one of the many other Alien ripoffs produced by #rogercorman But to be fair, this is actually A GOOD Alien ripoff movie & this isn't really a full on Alien ripoff either, it's like a mix of Alien & Event Horizon. This is more of a psychological, paranormal horror sci-fi. Not only is James Cameron the movie's art director & 2nd unit director, but the movie's set dresser was Bill Paxton. This was obviously before both these men got their breakthrough as a director & an actor. Sid Haig has only one line in this movie & that's because he thought that his dialogue didn't match his character & asked Corman If he could play the character pretty much mute.
