I met him once. I was working for Parcelforce & delivered a package to him when he lived in Little Tew. He opened the door wearing a fluffy white dressing gown & sporting a fluffy white beard 🙂

I think Royal Mail/Parcelforce are now sending their staff to Amazon/Evri/DPD, etc. to train them. Just discovered my new smart doorbell from Sky was delivered almost 24hrs ago - I don’t have notifications on for my emails as I get too much spam so I only just saw the email about an hour ago.

Parcelforce are the real problem ones. No opportunity to redirect or make contact whatsoever. An absolute disgrace of a service.

Awaiting a US parcel. Spent most of the week at Langley then to Heathrow at Friday and hasn't moved since.
If it comes by regular post I'll be fine but if it gets sent to Parcelforce I'll have to jump through hoops.

Royal Mail & #Parcelforce tracking useless. The App is a waste of space. Current message says cannot update (nothing to update) until a delivery is attempted. Really? Phone & an AI voice gives same message. Privatise Now!

Parcelforce is saying my parcel is "out for delivery". This means no tracking, could turn at any time and wont drop off at a safeplace. sake.

No Parcelforce, you did not try to deliver. If you had, two things would have happened:
1) I would have heard the knock/doorbell as I was not in a meeting at that point.
2) I would have had doorbell footage of said "attempted delivery".
That's something to be reported to the sender.

If I don't get through to them today I'm just gonna open a ticket with steam and tell them it's missing and to send another one.

Regarding the dragon commission statue that arrived broken to its destination not long ago: as expected Parcelforce refuses to take responsability and will not refund me at all. Despite also arriving 2 weeks late and being entitled a 25% refund, they refuse to do so too no reason given.

If you possibly can try to not send via parcelforce unless strictly UK, sent some American friends gifts of food and other trinkets and the box quite literally looked like it got run over by the time it arrived-
